four E’s and a P strategy

This is a strategy by Jack Welch, the manager of the century. He was the CEO for General Electric for 23 years. In his best seller book Winning he talked about the four E’s and a P strategy. In abstract The four E’s are: being positive energy, the ability to energize others, edge (which he describes as the ability to make decisions), and execute, which is the ability to get things done. The P stands for passion, and by passion he means “heartfelt, deep, and authentic excitement about work,” as from Ammar Mango's daily article on jordan times 2 April 2007.
Really this strategy influenced me. that needs a great work. I really feel eager to read this book.
